    Ordered shoes that needed to be returned. Contacted customer service who gave me an address to return them. I mailed the shoes to the provided address on November 14. They were delivered on November 17th (confirmed by tracking number). I’m STILL waiting for my refund. I keep being told they are confirming with the warehouse. This is theft and fraud and I’m going to report it to EUROPOL as a cybercrime. I want my refund.*Contacted them through Facebook with a similar complaint. Got an immediate response that my refund was processed. I’ll check my bank later to see if it’s there and update.**Got my refund. Thank you. It shouldn’t have to come to this.
