They are thief’s. Taking money in relation to any reservation while they don’t even book with airline and send out the confirmation email of booking even within 72 hours. Booked through the option available with wizz air and ryanair. 2 Hours before departure called them up and than got told that my flight been canceled by the airline with full refund of one flight! Operator lied that they were about to email me the flight status of being cancelled than after listening the importance of travel he offered a lovely and surprisingly expensive alternative travel hours later from Heathrow to Lisbon for £750.00 while the direct flight for the same time was available on £265.00 from the original airline air Portugal 🇵🇹. They robbed people and take the benefit of people’s emergency. They are fraud. Even after fighting with them over the phone and getting told that full refund will be issued just now! Never received any cancellation email or any confirmation. Thay are fraud.
