Worst experience ever, I wish I read reviews before placing the order. I placed my order on November 28 (KS660032) hoping I’d get the shoes before Christmas but they have been stuck at the quality check steps for over 9days. Their shipping cost is too high, their response is too slow and without any definitive answers. I also believe that the tracking link is a scam because I received a conflicting email with a date different to the one on the tracker. I’m initiating a refund process with my bank as I have requested a refund couple of time and there was no response.
