DO NOT USE THIS SITE. SCAMMERS. They double booked me for the same flight under separate reservations and charged me twice. When I contacted them to resolve the issue and seek refund for the mistake, i was told, “our policy states we cannot refund you, there is nothing we can do”. They completely missed the point that I was double booked on the same flight, which shouldn’t even be possible. Incoherent customer service.. Will never use again…and if you value your time and money, you wont either.
