DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The address they use in NY is listed as “permanently closed” on Google. I did not notice this until after I placed an order for a blanket. I received a confirmation email with an order number immediately. I had some questions about my order and received robot emails back from “Sandra Taylor”. My order still has not shipped out and I requested a refund since I was told it would be received before Christmas. They now will not respond at all. I already disputed the charges with my credit card company for a refund. Stay far away from this fraudulent company!
