booking took us the prepayment and no rooms provided.. the host sent them a confirmation for no service provided and we did not get reimboursement since 5 months. Be aware of that with Booking. We had no problem with Agoda, airBNB for any reservations. We use Booking for more than 20 years and won’t use it in the future for scam services.
