Do NOT give them your moneyThis company is a scam. Before my mother died, she put £300 into Gemini and began losing money straight away. (This happens and I know capital risks, etc.). I would just like to say how BAD this company is dealing with a death of the account holder. They have quite literally kept the £300 and will not contact me back. I’ve phoned but it won’t work as I’m not in the US, they don’t respond to emails so I’ve lost the money I would have paid for a headstone for her. I’m 23 and should not have to deal with scam companies like this when I’m grieving my dead mother. I would have used very strong language to describe this company but I won’t.DON’T USE THEM & LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE.
