Some questions for ETSY? 1. Why is it impossible for you to have any sort of customer support experience with this company. 2. I have tried to ‘report’ a blatantly fraudulent Indian company selling chipped, damaged jewellery and refusing any sort of compensation at all. I cannot get ETSY to help in any way, they just push you to Paypal. I was considering starting off a shop on ETSY but after the last few months experience NO WAY. The site is full of scammer and fraudulent sellers and ETSY does NOTHING.
