I used the prime free trial for one day i cancelled it straight away so as not to be charged. To my surprise, i was charged and when i checked my prime account was still active. I am sure that I cancelled. Coviniently, I cant find an email to contact. Looks like im not getting my money back, and even tho they over a service, it seems like this company is conducting very shady business. This is a scam.
