Placed an order on December 2 for Christmas gifts. Send an email on December 13 for order status. That email bounced back. I forwarded back to the company email address and received a standard reply. It’s my fault for not checking this company out prior to placing an order considering at this point I more than likely will not have the item before Christmas. I would like to cancel the order for MS104201. If it’s not done, I dispute with my credit card company. This is ridiculous how companies try to scam people out of their hard earned money.
