I ordered a bracelet and my bank advised me of fraud on my account. They billed me from California and then Hong Kong. I immediately requested the order to be canceled. I have sent 5 emails and not received a response. I believe they are waiting for it to ship so they will not refund my first payment. My bank not paid the second. I will repeat the story on any all forums. Their ratings from BBB is a F!
