Ordered in october, went ages with no update. Customer service team are a joke who didn’t help me or answer my questions. They also hacked my bank account and spent upwards of £75 in belgium. (i’m from the uk). I sent so many support emails and they wouldn’t even acknowledge that they hacked me and just kept telling me to wait. When the order actually arrived in december there was products missing from it. I am furious. Don’t order from here its a big scam.
