I have ordered a product worth of over 1000AED. On their website it was clearly mentioned that shipment fees are free for order over 400AED. When the courier delivered the product I was asked to pay additional 183AED duty fees. This was never mentioned in the order or anytime during the ordering process. I am really disappointed by this lack of transparency and I will never order from this website again. I honestly think this is a scam.
