They are 100% a scam! They will send you faulty products, delete your feedback and ignore your request for a replacement or refund. I sent them a video of the defective unit and they just do nothing. They will block you if you try to reach out and the reviews online are all likely metered and fake. Please be aware and do not use this company. Yes I have proof of order, and experience.
