I ordered one of their suitcases towards the end of September. It said it was buy one, get one free. I read some comments that they did receive theirs. It was delivered to an address in Puerto Rico just like another reviewer wrote! I live in Los Angeles. So I emailed them several times and I was given another tracking number and they told me to be patient! It shows it was shipped on November 20, 2022 from Wuhan, China and that it has arrived in the US ICS in LA on 12/2/2022. It is now December 8. NO sign of suitcases. Have decided it’s time I report a dispute despite being so patient all these months, holding out hope that I will get them. Pure scammers and I wish FB would block them. If it looks too good to be true, question your purchase and don’t order. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! I would have put a “0” star if there ever was one.
