If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had someone call me after I thought I purchased a flight and tell me that it was just a standby and the actual price was double. He then proceeded to give me a “discounted rate” and asked me to send a picture of my CC and ID via email. This is so alarming and non profesional. This is a major red flag. I then became skeptical and booked directly through an Arline for a cheaper price and my card was still charged. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company. This agency screams scam! Please proceed with caution. My ordeal turned into a 3 hour booking process when it could’ve just been 20 min.
