I ordered a personalized spiderman blanket on 11/24/2022. It stated on the order that it would ship out in 5-10 business days, so I assumed at least 2 weeks. As of today, no shipping information. There is only an email as a way of communicating with this company— HUGE RED FLAG! I emailed them about the status of my order and received a generic response. I emailed them back just asking them to cancel the order after reading all of the horrible recent reviews. This sounds like a scam company and I would never have ordered if I knew they shipped from China OR if I read these reviews. Super bummed, but I will file a complaint with my bank to get my money back soon if they don’t issue me a refund.
