I was told in the chat that I could get an answer for $1. “I’m sending you to a secure page to join JustAnswer for only $1 (fully-refundable).” I stead, I was signed up for a monthly subscription and charged $60 for the first month which the company says is not refundable. Nowhere did I see an option to either pay for a single question or subscribe monthly. This misleading information is probably aimed at seniors who are not tech-savvy. What a scam!
