This website must be a scam site. I booked a two double bed 2 months before my arrival at the hotel. I called a few days to the hotel before my trip, and I find out they booked me a King room, the wrong room. On top of that, after contacting Traveluro, they said they will fix it and get back to me. They never did, and when I arrived at the hotel the room was not changed. To put icing on the cake the hotel double charged me. I asked why and they said it was because Traveluro never paid for the room. WOW! Something of this quality shows that this company is dirty and should not exist. Now I have to deal with this headache and looking into legal action if they fail to make this right.
