Strange scam. Never got my ticket from them, spent $500 more on tickets afterwards because they kept saying the tickets I was trying to buy were sold out. Customer service was good, too good, responding within 5 minutes after I attempted to book the first time. Gave me the runaround every couple hours afterwards until I finally gave up and cancelled. I think they only scam certain people with less secure cards, post fake reviews to keep their score up, and pay off people to take back their negative reviews.
