I ordered one pillow and one cooling pillowcase, but I got charged for 4 pillows, 4 pillow coverings and one cooling case. There is NO CART when you order so you can check your order. I phoned the customer service within 10 minutes of ordering to cancel the order and explained the problem. I was told the order had already been processed for shipment and could not be canceled!! What baloney! I haven’t received the pillows yet, but after reading the reviews, it sounds like a real scam. You have to return to Lithuania?? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.Order #6621130
