There is most certainly fraud at play. I suspect Baltini curates minimally damaged items (photo shoot props?) at a discount then sells them to bait a customer into a return then denies the return. They recoup their shipping charges to boot when they charge for the return shipping. It’s quite a scam!I’ve enlisted the help of the designer of the item I purchased, using Baltini’s photos of ‘damaged goods’. I suggest opening a case with the Better Business Bureau as well.
