SCAM ALERT! I have been waiting 8 days for my money to be deposited to my account after speaking to about 6 different agents who were of absolutely no help, telling me the same thing with no resolution. The agents are very contradicting. I’m deeply saddened that I have been given the round around when I am suppose to withdraw my money . Why are there restrictions for withdraws and none for deposit ? Even after sending in bank statements and ID they’re still restriction. I’m so exhausted having to go through all of this for my money with no proper resolution or time frame to resolve this matter. I couldn’t even speak with a manager or have the matter escalated. And I have proof of the chat to show how unprofessional these agents are and how much of a scam this company is.
