Bought a key for Elden Ring but when I tried to redeem it on steam, it says invalid key. My steam is EU and the offer is for EU but still not working, even copied the key and pasted it. Definently not my fault. Tomorrow if I don’t have answer yet will extend my case to kinguin team and hope I get my money back or working key, otherwise will defend my rights til the end. I work 3 days for these money, just to get scammed.
