I too was scammed by this company. I ordered a suitcase from focusnovelty.com on Facebook on October 2, 2022. I received an email from them stating that they received my payment and that the suitcase would be shipped soon. I waited a month and I did not get the suitcase. I then emailed them stating that I did not receive the suitcase and that my credit card company already charged me for the item. They replied that due to the overwhelming number of orders they received that the process of shipping was causing a delay. They then stated that I would receive a tracking number in 3 days which I can then track the shipment. They never sent the tracking number. I emailed them again on December 2, 2022 letting them know that I did not receive the suitcase that I ordered and that I will be contacting my credit card company to have the payment reversed and that I will also be contacting the FTC to make a complaint about their business practice. I will never order anything from Facebook ever again.
