Total scam. Sold me a ticket that was already sold out. Sent a link in an email to the purchased ticket but something didn’t seem right. Called “customer service” and was told I could buy the SAME ticket for $100 more and that the one I purchased was sold out. I said no and said I wanted a refund….the person hung up on me. I called back and asked for a refund and was told it would take 21-28 days. REALLY?? Total SCAM! VERY sorry I tried them
