Vimeo support is non-existent. They charged me for a renewal of a plan which I didn’t need. When I tried to get customer support, they replied me with a template response and after asking for more help, the replies simply stopped. I have now been charged for a plan I didn’t need and there is no way to get customer support to assist in downgrading. Their so-called 24/7 customer support is totally non-existent!I want to move my videos elsewhere. This is a scam company with expensive plans and non-existent customer support.
