What sounded like a good idea has turned into an expensive waiting game. I originally ordered in April of 2022, knowing that it would be late July before I received the kit. In June I was sent an email to upgrade my order. Stupidly, I added some extra accessories. It is now December 8th and nothing. I understand a newly company having some delays delays and logistic issues but this is really starting to feel like a cleverly marketed scam. I challenge Swytch/NEO USD to prove me wrong.
