Packlink mysteriously raided my Paypal account for £10.08. After hours of wasted time trying to get through to them it turns out this was for an oversize item which I sent. There was no prior invoice, warning or correspondence – they just took the money. I assumed it may be fraud and wasted hours investigating. On the Ebay/packlink booking interface it is not clearly explained that there is a volumetric calculation – they just sting you retrospectively by applying new rules. Poor attitude to customers.
