Company is a scam. I booked a flight for Sunday 11/20/22 and once I finished the transaction with my credit card information, it booked the flight for Tuesday 11/22/22. This was supposed to be a one way flight when I’d have to be back home by Tuesday. Website promised free cancellation within 4 hours. I attempted the cancellation process within minutes once I saw the mistake by the website. The customer service number on the website stated that they were closed for business for the day yet claims they’re open 24 hours on the website. Every time I tried to reach them again ( 3 attempts) the 800 number changed. They clearly are only there to steal your money and provide no product or service. DON’T USE THEM!! Go somewhere else!!
