Appalling service. Was asking about a question to do with a parking ticket from 2019. Got the answer to my question in two lines – thought it was a bit cheap. I then saw in my next statement that I had been debited £50 because I had inadvertently signed up for a monthly membership!! I cancelled it immediately but have still been debited for £50!!! Lots of stuff about cancel whenever you want but that is after you have been debited £50 for a service you never received!! Appalling service definite scam do not use!!! there are other companies that offer the same service but don’t rip you off like this!!!
