Advertised $99 but their walk through process started at a $10 deposit and another $189 2 days before the first appointment. That’s a scam to start.Met with a nice enough Nurse Practitioner, but she was 10 minutes late to the first appointment. Second appointment was scheduled by them (her?) and not by me. Then she didn’t even show up. It’s a 10 minute appointment, and I’m still sitting in the Zoom holding room 30 minutes after the appointment was to end. My script runs out in 3 days, and their auto responder says to wait 3 days to contact them again.I’m working on an alternative doctor and am disputing the initial overcharge with them. Guess I’ll go without meds and support until they get this resolved. Very very very poorly run company.
