Should send email to say taking money out of your account and a 14 day cooling off cancellation option. I know they state it is clear when you buy but this is clearly not the case if there are so many negative reviews and this needs to be changed as comes across as scamming the customer. Also there should be an option to refund customers the membership fee that have only bought the one book as if they knowingly signed up for a membership then they would surely be purchasing more books to cover the cost of the membership. The prices aren’t that good and can pick up like new books for a fraction of the price.
