Absolutely TERRIBLE company with abysmal customer service. Their “flexible ticket” is a complete SCAM. They tried to tell me that any changes to my flexible ticket had to be made at the time I received their booking confirmation email, which was weeks before my flight, but their flexible ticket policy says changes can be made up to 24 hours before a flight. My money has essentially been stolen and I was blatantly lied to. I would NEVER EVER recommend using this company. Book directly with an airline and save yourself the nightmare of dealing with GoToGate!
