Tickets were advertised as including carry-on baggage. When I received the confirmation from the airline, no baggage allowance was included except a personal item. I contacted the company right away and they said the only option would be to cancel the reservation and refund the ticket price. I asked for this to be done, only to receive an email the next day that stated the reservation was confirmed and could not be cancelled and refunded. After several calls and waiting on hold, I now have to go to the original airline and pay the extra fees for adding carryon baggage, and the total ticket price with baggage is going to be more than if I had just purchased directly from the airline. Lesson learned – DON’T use a third party to book your tickets. It’s a scam and not as advertised.
