I joined Toluna about 2 months ago, I cashed out on one voucher & still awaiting 2, now I can no longer log into my account & had to find a way to contact them via Google, they kept sending me the same link to reset my password & said they would send an email for me to be able to do this, having waited for a reply many times it seems it is just an automated response from them. Very dissatisfied having wasted my time to make them money. You should be ashamed of yourselves Toluna as it looks like many others reading the reviews have gone through the same thing! Update my account is now closed no vouchers that I had worked honestly to achieve & no response from Toluna even after asking for an explanation it is clear reading the latest reviews they are just making us spend our valuable time for them to cash out on our hard work, a complete scam!
