About scammers, I don’t think they are scammers, however, their customer support is very bad.They need to improve the live chat, the bot constantly ends the conversation without contacting any agent, it is slow, and I understand there are a lot of people and not many agents, but 15 minutes of waiting time between each message are not valuable. Their discord is useless, admins that can’t take your issue and send it to an agent, just send you to the live chatMy recommendations:- Improve the model of the live chat. So waiting in line and when you’re in your turn, they focus on you, lowering the time between each message.- Add the “ticket tool” or any other to discord bot with staff so you can open any issues on it.- Add the support email on the website, so in case the live chat doesn’t work (like seen in the last week and all the bot problems today), you can reach them by email and don’t feel scammed.Goodluck, and hope you improve your weaknesses. It seems to have potential against other big companies in the markets such as My Forex Funds, which started with the same problems and improved it overtime.
