Absolutely a Scam.I have tried to purchase a pair of boots using Klarna, they have taken the.money without generating an order number for me.No emails, text messages or similar.The chats are both ( whatsapp and website) managed by a bot who does not help at all.The customer service absolutely inadequate and not reliable.I have tried to call them and nobody pickups call.Definitely not recommended.As I said this is a scam company.
