Agoda is an absolute scam. Booked a hotel with them for a trip for €617, when they go to take the payment this is increased to €648 with no explanation. Customer service doesn’t seem to operate and what’s more suspicious is the difference between them and booking.com on the day of booking was circa €30. Incredibly dishonest.
