If I could give zero stars I would! This site is a SCAM! The hotel I stayed at was not as advertised. When I called the booking site to complain they called the hotels front desk and spoke to Natalia. Natalia said if my husband and I wanted to checkout early they would issue a refund for the night we did not stay. Fast forward 10 days and they’re denying that they promised a refund and said the booking is non refundable but refunded me $84. Which I do not accept! They’re saying that was the resort fee but the resort fee was well over $200. When I called the hotel to inquire about the refund they say they could only give me $99 back. The amount keeps getting less and less but never anywhere near the $258 I spent on the room. I have Mary, a representative from getaroom.com, on recording confirming that it is stated in the notes that Natalia promised a refund for the night not stayed at the hotel. Seems pretty cut and dry if you ask me but they refuse to refund me what they promised. This company is a bunch of lying scammers and I wish I looked into them before booking through them. I will be complaining to the better business bureau and any social media platform I can.
