I signed up fir 3 months only to try the program. I have been deducted another £43.60 for something I did not authorise or want. I have contacted customer services to request a refund. I have not had a response besides an auto response to the effect, we will get back to you. I would never recommend this company at all, unless my request for refund is honoured I will leave as a customer who is left feeling completely scammed. Not a way to treat honest customers, any normal honest company would automatically refund you. They would want you to be happy with their product/ service. My experience is so far, don’t touch with a barge pole, but customer services may do the right thing and refund me as I never authorised them to take this money for another three months for a service I don’t want or will use.
