I also ordered a Buy 1 get 1 suitcase,Oct 2 2022..Through Facebook advertisement.. Its now Dec 6 2022.. I immediately had a bad feeling after ordering, and called my Bank..Asked that they reverse/freeze the charges,they did..But i also filed a complaint with my Bank,about Focus novelty..Well Bluebird(my bank) did their investigation an said there was no fraud.. So when I asked for a phone number, Bluebird said someone would get back to me! Still waiting on my Suitcases and a phone call..
