I ordered a nas station 700 euros. They took the money and my order is still pending. No tracking number no nothing. Just pending. I call I send tones of email. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Avoid this company is a scam!!!UPDATE: 6/12/2022I was able to communicate , first they told me its christmas and is too busy and they forwarted my call to a collique that can help me. The second man i talked was rude i told him the issue and told me we were close and enflish speaking mail we want 48 hours to respond so we can translate, though the mails were with out respond 3 days. I told him i m dissapointed and a lot of people have issue with them in trsutpilot and he answered: sir we dont care abt trustpilot or google we are a german company and we sell in germany.
