Purchased an esim for Chile. Tried to activate it to no avail. Contacted customer service, which kept suggesting useless adjustments to the phone settings.I spent several hours between troubleshooting and talking to them, never got any data. Thanks to this, I was left without critical access to information I needed for my trip.Despite the service never working, they didn’t reimburse me.Stay away from these scammers and go with Nomad instead (which actually does refunds and provide a service which works).
