SCAM…received a “cash” offer on KBB. Dealer rep from Ciocca dealerships in Pleasantville NJ called to set appt.No one came to talk to me once i arrived. Receptionist handed me a paper notating the amount they would offer.Little did they know that I was in the market for a new vehicle. Will never use KBB or CIOCCA.
