I’ll be honest: I’ve never purchased from Temu. But I saw an ad for an awesome looking winter coat at an astonishing low price, and that little warning alarm went off in my head. So, because of past experiences (been scammed), I looked up the reviews for this webpage. Out of 12 reviews that I’ve seen, only 2 of them were positive! Almost all of the rest of them complained about products never arriving, poor customer service, or outright fraud. And in most cases, a representative named Joy had a response that was 98% annoyingly polite banter about how much the company “appreciates the feedback” and plans to “look into the matter”. Bottom line, I would really like JOY to give me some kinda guarantee before I purchase this winter coat.Because honestly, I’m not feeling this company.
