This is a total scam. Like others on this site I thought I had put in information to pay my road tax. Due to the fact I have been ill I have not checked my statements, I now realise they took £7.95 out on my account for the last 4 months. I have just phoned them and had a patronising person tell me I have no rights has I verified it by ticking a box. This company are thieves. The DVLA should check their site and remove this company’s link.
