I purchased 15 tickets back in August for the Tennessee titans game that took place November 27th. Vivid seats gantreteed we would have our tickets before the event. We had to travel 2 states away for this event. We hadn’t received our tickets the day before our event so we contacted them and they assured us once again they would be there before the event. We drove 7 hours the day before and had to get a hotel because it was a 12:00pm game. We woke up the morning of and still NO tickets we reached out to them again now four hours before the game and they tell us they are trying to find out what’s going on but we should still be getting our tickets that we have already paid for months in advance. Another two hours pass and they tell us they are going to refund us because our tickets were rejected. They sold us tickets they didn’t even have and we were OUT work pay, gas, hotel, and time! Now having to turn around and drive home. This site is a scam!!!!! I will never be using them again and hopefully my experience and writing this review stops anyone else from being scammed!
