This seems to be a scam. No phone number on the website. No communication from the company at all. When I called our hotel, they had no record of my reservation.Ironically, when I post on here, someone responds, but when I use the contact info on the website, no one is able to respond EVEN with all my information provided to them, which I will not provide on this public forum. Why is there no phone number on the vio.com website? To me that is a major red flag.
