Most useless, uncomfortable pillows ever. It’s a scam. They are as hard as a brick and don’t squish in at all so it pushes your neck up. I tried to return the pillows and cases and they gave me an address somewhere in Lithuania. After pricing the cheapest option at Canada post, it would cost well over $200 to return to this location, even though they are shipped out of China. I checked the tracking and the originating country is China. I only paid $200 for everything total… I told them it made no sense to do this and asked if they can return it to China since that is where they came from and their response is you can get a 15% refund or return the items if you want to get a refund. They know that if they returned to China, everyone would send them back. They put the return address to Europe so it costs lots and No one will return them. They talk everything in circles and don’t acknowledge what you want when dealing with customer service. It is totally a scam. DO NOT BUY THESE PILLOWS!!!!
